A newly launched fitness studio wanted to establish its brand, attract memberships, and increase awareness of its transformation programs. Despite having certified trainers and a great facility, the gym struggled with low footfall, poor online engagement, and almost no digital strategy in place.

Outcome

Within two months, the studio’s Instagram account grew rapidly, and engagement more than tripled. The ad campaigns brought in over 450 fitness leads, most of whom visited the gym or signed up for free trials. Walk-ins increased week by week, and the gym began closing 30–40 new memberships monthly — a significant jump from their initial numbers.
